The Color Concierge, renowned for its premium services and diverse product offerings, faced a challenge in optimizing its website’s conversion rate despite a surge in traffic. The decline in conversion rates on product pages highlighted a critical issue: visitors were adding items to their carts but failing to complete purchases. Moreover, the lack of clarity in displaying add-on options on product detail pages (PDP) added complexity, hampering potential sales and revenue growth opportunities.

Firstly, we introduced a transparent pricing structure by separating the base price and add-on costs, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers. Additionally, we enhanced the cart experience by relocating the cart summary to the top of the page, allowing users to instantly view the final cost upon landing on the cart page. Moreover, we boosted trust by incorporating more trust elements such as secure checkout badges and customer reviews and providing additional checkout process reminders.
